I'm excited for every Friday but even more so now. I might have to book the day off work lol. So apparently "Mariah Carey is reportedly readying a new compilation album titled The Rarities, which will feature unreleased material, including demos and b-sides. She also has plans to drop a new single with Lauryn Hill this Friday." Mariah is on GMA on Wednesday 18th so perhaps she will mention this all then. I am beyond excited. It's called "Kick Rocks". "Charlamagne tha God" mentions it in an interview Mariah had with him on "The Breakfast Club" back in 2014. During the interview he briefly talks about listening to the song while visiting Mariah at her apartment and asks her why she hasn't released it. (Tuesday 18 August 2020; 14:36)
