Our minds work differently (81,006) by Haiji Toro from USA Hello all. I just wanna state a couple things, feel free to skip if uninterested. Please people, let's not indulge in bullying out of fun. We all do things differently. What I can imagine is a lonely person, with a lot of time in their hands. Some of us travel, others listen to music, some read. Maybe MCArchives is his book? Maybe this site is the only family he can speak to about his feelings? Yes, I agree, why not just read them all and then post about them all in one or a couple posts? That would probably save the Webmaster some time with job, I'm just saying. Don't get me wrong, I'm all down for fun and jokes and sarcasm (I truly have love for you, Andrew, you are the truth, a little less negative feeling with it, I promise, they will get it one day). I've never been a big fan of Outside or Looking In, but the stripped versions made me start enjoying them. They are also making me play songs that I haven't really listened to in a while like UTS. Stripped versions of Mariah's gems (81,002) by MusicfanJ from Germany I can't stop listening to those "stripped versions". The originals are all fantastic and definitely fan favorites. But somehow the versions on YouTube bring new life to the songs, there are notes I never heard on the originals. What's your favorite? Reunited and The D Word are gorgeous songs. I hope Mariah gets less allergic to sung duets in general, especially with another female artist, and make a duets album in the future. Always Be My Baby is the creepiest song Mariah has ever written if you really think about it. But the melody and production makes the cocky, smug lyrics sound sweet and even innocent. But still, it's not as creepy as my favorite, the ultimate stalker anthem of all time, Morrissey's The More You Ignore Me, The Closer I Get. That ups the creep factor and is just some weird, psychopathic, restraining order-filing stuff wrapped in a great melody. (Saturday 17 February 2018; 15:14)

Mariah and Whitney Oprah special (80,999) by MusicfanJ from Germany I always loved this tv-special. When they sang together it was pure magic. This song gets me everytime. I'm just speechless about so much power and beauty in one room. Someone mentioned how Mariah must feel since Whitney's passing. (To be one of the few living legends must be very hard sometimes.) I do believe it changed something inside of her. The current music by "today's singers" seems boring to me. I'm always "shocked" if I watch the charts on deluxe music tv.
