As Mimi L. explained it to us, the lyrics are basically Honey 2.0 but from her perspective.  Hopefully they've been kept open enough for people to derive whatever meaning they want to. I can't wait for the announcement today. I wonder if we're getting a tracklisting as well or just the cover art and title (and hopefully the date). And then Friday the new single. Exciting times for most of us. Stressful times for the Tommy era only fans. Will she tarnish their image of her they've clung to even more?  I hope there's something in MC16 for everybody

Great ear, Terna. No wonder I instantly thought Sensational by CB vibes lol. I hope it is similar though, I love that song. I'm praying her lyrics in this song are sweet and fun and not her being petty about a guy and dissing him. I guess the lyrics could go either way, "Ima keep it nice, Ima keep it neat, Ima keep it suga, Ima keep it sweet", could also mean "don't mess with me and everything gon be cool" lol or am I reaching?

Here's the tea. I had been on X all morning looking for tea and MimiUpdates posted that she was sorry for asking MariahAlerts several times if we were getting any updates today. And just like magic 20 minutes later, MC posted on Instagram that an announcement was coming tomorrow at 10am eastern.

You'll lose the dollar just because of the 60 haha. Mariah would never. So far the album seems to have E=MC2 vibes with TDang being very Migrate, Sugar Sweet being very TMB/ IBLULT (with the island vibes). So I think she might pivot towards making it another installment of the Emancipation series (I think the idea was planted when those interviewer guys asked her if Caution was Emancipation 3rd edition or if it's coming in future). But hey maybe she will name the album Sugar, spice and everything nice haha.
