I think now it's time to rest the voice and just record the music that makes everyone smile again. I wouldn't care if she never puts herself in those harsh touring conditions again. Success (99,552) by We are lambily from USA Another day and another win for Mariah. Aka the most successful female singer and songwriter and producer of all time. The biggest hitmaker in the industry. Her legacy is not appreciated enough for me and we are getting their [sic] slowly and I hope while she is still here with us. And now 2022. Mariah Carey is #15 on Bloomberg's Power Rankings of artists - despite not releasing any new album or live shows. The metric integrates album sales, streams, tours, live streams and more. But as usual the haters gonna hate or might I even say the wolf in lambs clothing. And this year we getting a new freaking album and so many other surprises. I don't mind Mariah not touring, save that voice and save that time to create and to really embrace her living legend status. The most skilled singer/songwriter I have ever heard. To this day. Love Takes Time - Listen to this quite a lot, love the tatou club live version. Someday - Don't listen as much these days but love it when it comes on. I Don't Wanna Cry - As above. Emotions - Love the playfulness of this song and listen to it often. I'll Be There - Play this at least once a week. Dreamlover - Listen to this all the time. I have found increased love for it over last 12 months. Hero - Listened to this loads yesterday, it came on randomly and felt like the first time for some reason. Without You - UK Addition - Love it listen a lot as I play Music Box all the time. Fantasy - Album version is my 2nd most played song. One Sweet Day - Don't listen to this too often. Always Be My Baby - Always play it reminds me of the 90's. Honey - Not a lot but love the Bad Boy remix. My All - Defo a beautiful ballad that gets played a lot and love My All/Stay a While. Heartbreaker - Rarely play I like it but not a fave. Thank God I Found You - As above. Against All Odds - UK Addition - Solo version only I like Westlife but not on this track. We Belong Together - Play quite a lot particularly So So Def version. Don't Forget About Us - Rarely play, I like it but not a fave. Touch My Body - J'adore this. MC in 2007 was the best. Mariah went nuts because they never got clearance for the sample, and it also wasn't a finished, final version either. It was a massive drama at the time. (Wednesday 26 January 2022; 08:18)

Even the official club remixes were more urban sounding than pop. There were so many unofficial remixes from rappers that it was unreal. Infamous R. Kelly remix was the best. Release hot uptempo single for the summer 2022! (99,537) by Rashidi Rahim Rick from Malaysia Mariah needs to bring back the glory era of her hot uptempo leading singles; Dreamlover, Fantasy, Honey, Heartbreaker, Loverboy, It's Like That, Touch My Body, Obsessed and #Beautiful. All those songs top the charts. Even Obsessed was number 7 and gone platinum and Loverboy was number 2 and went on to become the best selling single in 2001. It's Like That and #Beautiful were top 20 song. It's Like That was number 16 and it opened up doors for her comeback album in 2005. #Beautiful was number 15. Even I Know What You Want went to number 3. The public loves Mariah's uptempo songs. Enough with all the beat-ballad as the leading single; You're Mine, Infinity, I Don't and With You/GTFO. Just imagine Thirsty or You Don't Know What To Do as the leading single in 2014 with the video setting of You're Mine. Or, just imagine A No No as the leading single for Caution era with the video setting of With You (but with colored version instead of black and white). In the meantime she should keep on perfecting whatever music she's been working on. At this point we want quality and quantity, since it's been such a long time. How could she have hidden a track like "One Night" for so long? I would also like to hear the alternate version of "All In Your Mind" she let us hear when she opened the vault.
